What I’m reading

Articles, books, additional blogs, reports - I’ve been diving into it all to learn more about sustainability (or lack thereof) in the fashion industry. Learning about the industry in two lenses; (1) Ways in which brands are working towards net zero, (2) How fashion marketing affects our behaviors as consumers.

Most loved brands

Sustainable fashion can be pricey - sometimes the $350 item is hard to justify when fast fashion makes a similar item for one-fifth the price. Realistically, this can be a major deterrent to shopping sustainably. This site will document which brands I love that are worth the investment, and where to buy them second-hand for less!

Most loved pieces

By tracking the pieces I wear on a monthly basis, I can better determine which were worth the purchase. Capsule wardrobes are a great way to think sustainably about your wardrobe - by documenting the amount I wear certain pieces I plan to condense my wardrobe and help others in building their own.
